  L'hôtel correspondait complètement à notre attente et à la description que nous avions reçue. nous savions que la chambre ne serait pas des plus grandes et c'était notre choix de ne pas prendre de chambre plus grande à un prix plus élévé. mais tout était impeccable, une bonne douche,peignoir, pantouffles de bain et wc séparé. nous avons apprécié, et tenons à le dire, l'offre spéciale avec petit déjeuner offert et cela grâce à vos services. merci.

  Acceuil trés cordiale trés bonne situation de l'hôtel avec la chambre impeccable nous avons utilisé la piscine interne qui est trés romantique quoique un peu froide pour y rester longtemps (26°c) nous recommandons l'hôtel pour une soirée roamantique et/ou une visite du centre de lyon

  Le veilleur de nuit est super. jovial, accueillant et de très bonne compagnie (séjour du 6.11.2010). il illumine l'hôtel à lui tout seul. il faut absolument le garder. un service tv pay per view/film à la carte serait bien pour un hôtel de ce standing. les oeufs brouillés du petit-déjeuner sont décevants. ils sont comme mélangés à du lait ou je ne sais quoi. nous les trouvons fades et sans saveurs. les oeufs brouillés, c'est des oeufs brouillés... et rien d'autre. pour le reste, rien à redire. l'hôtel est clairement à recommander.

  Dommage que la salle du petit-déjeûner voisinne avec la piscine et ses odeurs de chlore. autre bémol: la petitesse du salon de réception et du bar. mais l'hôtel est magnifique, et très bien situé dans le centre de la belle ville de lyon.

  Loved it. reception staff were always helpful and friendly. pool was too cool but it may be that work was being carried out. didn't try breakfast but the breakfast area looked very nice. would definately stay again.

  Dormi trop tard et pas pu prendre de petit-déjeuner. dommage. il serait d'avoir la possibilité de manger un croissant au bar.

  Eau de la piscine trop froide bien qu'à 26°c... pas de lumière naturelle dans les salles pour le petit déjeuner velum de la salle du petit déjeuner à changer bref, des détails qui ne nous ont pas empéché d'être très satisfait de cette nuit d'hotel dans une très belle ville.

  Le seul problème durant ce séjour a été que le système "alarme incendie" avait un problème technique et l'alarme s'est déclenchée toutes les 3 heures de 20 heures à 8 heures. mais le petit déjeuner nous a été offert en guide de dédommagement sans que nous n'en fassions la demande. geste très délicat... si nous devons revenir à lyon, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

  We liked the bathrobes and slippers. breakfast was a bit pricey but very good. rooms immaculate & spacious. noise from the room overhead. brilliant location of hotel. loads of good quality bouchons/restaurants nearby. a simple bus guide to tourist locations might be a good idea. overall very pleased with our stay!

  Le forfait "découverte duo" avec le restaurant situé rue des marronniers est discutable. je n'ai pas été particulièrement enthousiasmée par le menu et le prix des vins (nous avons commandé un rosé ouvert) est littéralement prohibitif...
